Galaxy Mini CM9 Ice Cream Sandwich by TheWhisp

After presenting the CM10 port
for Galaxy Mini, by TheWhisp, I'm
now introducing the Ice Cream
Sandwich Custom ROM for your
device. If you consider the
features the ROM it's pretty
stable. I think about 90% of the
ROM is fully functional and stable
enough for every day use. I
personally think there's no visual
deference between ICS and JB,
the JB is only slightly better
under the hood.

Change log from the latest five
releases:
*Fully fixed data usage
settings (working data
limit) (Still has blue
background due to the
screen)
*Updated some network
related things in the
kernel
*Fixed data graph
background (with a little
"hack", thanks to ic92 for
pointing out where the
problem is)
*Fixed network location (no
other modifications
required)
*Fixed issue that Google
location services
prevented device from
entering deep sleep
*New camera HAL based on
Wayland's and arco's work
( thanks! )
*Fixed camera settings
(like exposure, effects)
Camera is more colorful
now
*Updated file manager
Some minor changes in
camera HAL, if you have
deep sleep problems, use
camera patch (recording
is still not working)
*YouTube HQ works now
(this doesn't mean that
OMX libs are working
fully, I doubt that
encoder is working, so no
camcorder)
*Fixed Wi-Fi hotstop
*Fixed Bluetooth tethering
*Updated Wi-Fi
performance
*Minor audio improvement
*Fixed camera layout
*Fixed trebuchet layout
*Fixed bmlutils
*Fully fixed USB tethering

Download and flash

1. Download the newest release
from here.

2. Copy the downloaded file to
the SD Card on your phone.

3. Go to Recovery Mode.

4. Do a nandroid backup of your
current ROM, just in case some
things go wrong.

5. Wipe Date & Cash.

6. Flash the Rom that you
downloaded before.

7. Flash Gapps (gapps-
ics-20120429-signed.zip ).

8. Reboot your device.

I recommend you, from my personal
experience, to sing in for your
account after (not when) you first
boot up your device.
